Turmeric latte

Curcumin, the main active ingredient in turmeric, is a powerful antioxidant with strong anti-inflammatory properties. It’s been linked to improved brain function, and decreases the risk of heart disease. Plus, its beautiful golden colour has this delicious latte looking like a cup of morning sunshine.

1 ½ cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
½ tsp alcohol and sugar-free vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
Dash of cardamom (optional)
A touch of stevia or xylitol for sweetness


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk over low heat.
  2. Froth with a milk frother. If you don’t have a milk frother, add all ingredients to a blender prior to heating.
  3. Serve in a mug and enjoy.
