Sugar-Free Chocolate Freezer Bark

It’s not chocolate that isn’t allowed on the Candida cleanse; it’s the sugar that’s so often found in chocolate bars. Don’t worry – we got you.

INGREDIENTS
4 oz unsweetened baker’s chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
Stevia or monk fruit to taste

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

Pumpkin seeds
Coconut flakes
Chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS

1. In a double boiler over medium heat, melt chocolate and coconut oil. Stir in vanilla and stevia to combine well.
2. Cover a plate or pan with wax paper, and spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly.
3. Sprinkle with desired toppings and freeze bark for 20 minutes until solid. Break into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
4. Store in the freezer for a yummy sugar-free treat!
