INGREDIENTS
4 oz unsweetened baker’s chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
Stevia or monk fruit to taste
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
Pumpkin seeds
Coconut flakes
Chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS
1. In a double boiler over medium heat, melt chocolate and coconut oil. Stir in vanilla and stevia to combine well.
2. Cover a plate or pan with wax paper, and spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly.
3. Sprinkle with desired toppings and freeze bark for 20 minutes until solid. Break into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
