Rutabaga Hash Browns

Softer than potatoes and not as starchy, these rutabaga hash browns kill Candida overgrowth. They’re perfect to prep ahead since they can be frozen and reheated for an easy breakfast side dish.

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup shredded rutabaga
1 egg white
Avocado oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
2. Press mixture into patties and fry in a skillet with oil over medium heat.
3. Fry each side for about 5 minutes until golden. Enjoy!
