Rutabagas are root vegetables with powerful anti-fungal properties. The perfect side dish to fight carbohydrate cravings and beat the yeasty beasties!
INGREDIENTS
1 medium rutabaga
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Peel and chop 1 rutabaga into fries and spread onto a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle with avocado oil, and toss with spices to coat evenly.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping occasionally to ensure fries are baked through. Enjoy!
