Probiotic Coconut Yogurt

This Probiotic Coconut Yogurt only needs 2 ingredients.

It’s free of dairy and sugar, and can be consumed during any detox – especially a Candida cleanse. Enjoy for breakfast or snack, in smoothies, parfaits, dips, topped on soups, or as a sour cream substitute.

1 can of full-fat coconut milk
3 capsules of Innovite Health’s DDS-1 Probiotics


1. Spoon the thick portion of the coconut milk into a blender.
2. Add approximately ¼ cup of the remaining liquid. This amount can be adjusted to achieve desired yogurt consistency.
3. Pulse until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a glass jar and open up 3 DDS-1 Probiotic capsules and empty them into the mix. Stir with a wooden spoon till well combined.
5. Cover the jar with a towel or cheesecloth, securing with an elastic. Let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
6. The next day, fasten the lid on the yogurt jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before consuming.
7. Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
