Herbed chicken with garlic sesame snow peas

Herbed Chicken:
1 chicken breast
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Garlic Sesame Snow Peas:
2 cups snow peas
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Coconut aminos or sea salt to taste


  1. Season chicken with spices and oil and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours, up to one day.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. Bake chicken breast in the oven for 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F.
  4. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a medium sized pan on medium heat.
  5. Sauté garlic, snow peas, sesame oil, sesame seeds and sea salt 3-4 minutes until warmed through.
